Voice Outcomes of Online Voice Feminization Therapy for Transgender Women
扭轉人生的美聲-跨性別女性的遠距嗓音治療
Transgender women are appearing increasingly visible in various settings, such as work, social media and clinical settings. For many transgender women, a crucial part of gender affirmation is voice and communication training, as there is a need to better align with their personal goals for expressing their gender. This presentation will discuss the role speech-language pathologists play in voice feminization therapy; and how to effectively assist the transgender women gain a more feminine voice and better self-perceived voice-related quality of life, through online training.
