In this presentation, the focus will be on the application of genomics in decision-making for HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients. By analyzing genetic variations in tumors, genomics provides critical insights into cancer biology, which are particularly valuable for HR+/HER2- MBC patients who face complex treatment choices, including hormone therapy and targeted treatments. Genomic analysis enables the identification of gene mutations and expression patterns linked to drug responses, facilitating personalized treatment plans.
