Cryoablation for Retroperitoneal Tumor: Experience in TCVGH 後腹腔腫瘤冷凍治療的臺中榮總經驗

冷凍治療對於後腹腔腫瘤的應用可包括治療腎細胞癌的轉移，治療腎上腺腫瘤，治療轉移性腫瘤，以及治療位於後腹腔惡性腫瘤所造成的疼痛。在使用多切面重組的方式導引冷凍針的置放，可以有效評估冷凍治療的範圍以及避免周邊器官的傷害。對於高齡無法接受全身麻醉手術或已接受過重大腹部手術的患者而言，冷凍治療是一個有效且安全的替代選擇。

Applications of cryoablation for retroperitoneal tumors may include the treatment of metastases from renal cell carcinoma, the treatment of adrenal tumors, the treatment of metastatic tumors, and the pain control for malignant retroperitoneal tumor. Using multiplanar reconstruction during the CT-guided procedure, we can insert the cryoprobes more effectively and avoid damage to surrounding organs. Cryoablation is an effective and safe alternative for patients who are too old to undergo surgery under general anesthesia or who have undergone major abdominal surgery.
